Since establishing this practice in 1982 I have managed to bring together a small but very talented team who have formed the backbone of our practice for almost forty years. Our practice has intentionally resisted growth, by maintaining a manageable workload generally procured through recommendation.

I consider our team to be multi-talented, sharing a broad range of design skills and strengths; with Sula, Linda and Stephen being hugely creative in their contemporary design talent from inception to completion; Michael, a power house with his extraordinary management in arranging our wide range of town and country house refurbishment projects; Paul soundly expert in all aspects of technical design.
