With Playfair Properties we assisted in saving the dilapidated Queen’s hotel from further decay in 2014, transforming it into stunning apartments, with this detached home being one of two new villas built at the rear. The villa has a very private south facing garden linking into an open plan kitchen/living/dining hub.
