Feasibility & Early Advice
What is possible? How much would it cost?
If you are considering a property purchase and want some initial advice before committing, we offer expert pre-purchase consultations. For a fixed fee of £150 + VAT, we provide an initial professional assessment of your ideas. In lieu of payment, we ask that this fee be donated to one of our nominated charities.

This allows us to explore the potential of your property through conceptual sketches and testing the viability of a project by providing initial budget estimates, giving you the clarity and confidence to move forward.

We are experienced at negotiating Planning and Listed Building consents, using our deep local knowledge to secure approvals for sensitive and complex sites, whilst respecting the value of our architectural heritage.
Building Regulations & Technical Detail
Our technical expertise is vital in securing Building Warrants and Local Authority permissions. We ensure every design adheres to the latest Building Regulations and is built to the best technical standards for highquality construction.
Tendering & Procurement
Once the technical design is finalised, we produce highly detailed packages to facilitate accurate pricing. Whether through a competitive tender process or by direct negotiation with trusted contractors, we ensure you have a robust financial baseline before work begins on-site. Construction & Contract Administration During the build, we act as Contract Administrators, conducting regular site inspections to protect your interests. We work closely with skilled craftsmen and specialist subcontractors to ensure the finished work meets our exacting standards for detail and finish.
Expert Collaboration
Successful architecture is a collaborative effort. We maintain a strong network of trusted professionals — including Structural Engineers, Lighting Consultants, and Landscape Architects—and will advise on their appointment at the optimal stage of the project
Cost Oversight & Communication
Financial peace of mind is paramount. At every stage, often with a Quantity Surveyor, we carry out regular cost checks to ensure you are fully informed of the financial implications of design decisions. For us, clear and honest communication is the foundation of a successful project.
