This project involved the conversion of a dilapidated office building into an impressive five-storey home for our Client We demonstrated to our client at an early pre-purchase stage the huge potential of this Georgian A-listed property, including how we could include full accessibility by the introduction of a discrete lift. Through careful conversion, restoration and alteration the full potential of this fabulous full townhouse has been unlocked resulting in one of the finest homes in Edinburgh New Town of which we are incredibly proud.
